TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - GIFT CARDS PURCHASED ONLINE UP TO 17 OCTOBER 2023

The Gift Card may be used exclusively for the purchase of items sold in participating United Colors of Benetton and Undercolors of Benetton stores.

The Gift Card is available in five denominations: €5, €10, €25, €50 and €100. The loaded amount does not accrue any interest.

The United Colors of Benetton Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

The Benetton Gift Card may be redeemed in a single transaction only; accordingly, it may be used for one purchase with a minimum receipt value equal to the face value of the Gift Card until the full amount has been exhausted. Under no circumstances may it be used to purchase further United Colors of Benetton Gift Cards.

The Benetton Gift Card is a bearer instrument. In the event of loss, theft or damage (including, by way of example, the illegibility of the barcode or numerical code), the Gift Card cannot be blocked, refunded or replaced.

No liability shall be attributed to either Amilon or Benetton for any improper or fraudulent use of Benetton Gift Cards.

Where the initial value of the Gift Card is insufficient to purchase the desired items, the balance must be paid in cash or by using other payment methods accepted by United Colors of Benetton.

Purchases made using the United Colors of Benetton Gift Card shall be eligible for any promotions in force at the time of purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - GIFT CARDS PURCHASED IN STORE UP TO 17 OCTOBER 2023

The United Colors of Benetton Gift Card may be used exclusively for the purchase of items sold in participating United Colors of Benetton and Undercolors of Benetton stores.

The Gift Card is available in five denominations: €5, €10, €25, €50 and €100 and is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation at the till.

Following activation at the till, which occurs upon payment of the selected amount in cash or by using other payment methods accepted by United Colors of Benetton, the customer shall receive a proof of purchase, to be retained, indicating the loaded amount. From that moment, the Gift Card shall be deemed active and may be used by the bearer.

The United Colors of Benetton Gift Card may be redeemed in a single transaction only; accordingly, it may be used for one purchase with a minimum receipt value equal to the face value of the Gift Card until the full amount has been exhausted and may not be used to purchase further United Colors of Benetton Gift Cards.

Conversely, the use of the United Colors of Benetton Gift Card by a Family Card holder allows participation in promotional mechanisms and entitles the holder to the accrual of the corresponding loyalty points.

The United Colors of Benetton Gift Card may not be returned or exchanged for cash.

Any complaints relating to the use of the United Colors of Benetton Gift Card may be sent by e‑mail to customer.care@benetton.com.

The purchase and use of the United Colors of Benetton Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.

The applicable and updated terms and conditions shall be published from time to time on the website www.benetton.com and shall also be available in stores.

Any dispute relating to the use of the United Colors of Benetton Gift Card shall be governed by Italian law.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REQUEST AND USE OF UNITED COLORS OF BENETTON GIFT CARDS ISSUED FROM 18 OCTOBER 2023

The United Colors of Benetton Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift Card”) shall be governed by the following terms and conditions of request and use.

1. The Gift Card is issued in denominations of €25, €50 and €100, or may be issued for a freely chosen amount, as selected by the applicant, up to a maximum value of €999.
2. The Gift Card may be requested and/or purchased in all United Colors of Benetton and Undercolors of Benetton stores that offer the Gift Card for sale, as well as online via the website benetton.com by following the relevant procedure. Please note that online purchases are limited to the €25, €50 and €100 denominations; flexible amounts are not available online.
3. The Gift Card may be used exclusively for the purchase of items sold in United Colors of Benetton and Undercolors of Benetton stores authorised to accept it. The list of participating stores is available at: it.benetton.com/l/gift-card.html
4. Following activation at the till, which occurs upon payment of the selected amount in cash or by other payment methods accepted by United Colors of Benetton and Undercolors of Benetton, the applicant shall receive a proof of purchase, to be retained, specifying the amount loaded onto the Gift Card. The loaded amount does not accrue any interest.
5. The Gift Card may be used by the bearer on the same day as its activation.
6. The Gift Card shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation at the till or from the date of online purchase.
7. The Gift Card may be redeemed in one or more transactions until the full face value has been exhausted. Where the value of the Gift Card is insufficient to purchase the desired items, the balance must be paid in cash or by using other payment methods accepted by United Colors of Benetton and Undercolors of Benetton.
8. The Gift Card may not be used for the purchase of additional Gift Cards.
9. The Gift Card is a bearer instrument. In the event of loss, theft or damage (including, by way of example, the illegibility of the barcode or numerical code), the Gift Card cannot be blocked, refunded or replaced. No liability shall be attributed to the Benetton Group for any improper or fraudulent use of the Gift Card.
10. The purchase of the Gift Card does not allow participation in promotional offers or initiatives in force at the time of its activation; however, the use of the Gift Card as a method of payment shall allow access to active promotional offers or initiatives.
11. Where the Gift Card is purchased by a Loyalty Card holder, the corresponding loyalty points shall not be credited. Only the use of the Gift Card as a method of payment for purchases allows participation in active promotional mechanisms and the accrual of loyalty points on the Loyalty Card.
12. The Gift Card may not be returned or exchanged for cash.
13. The Gift Card may be used in all enabled countries.

Any complaints relating to the use of the Gift Card may be submitted by e‑mail to customer.care@benetton.com.

The purchase and use of the Gift Card implies acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The applicable terms and conditions shall be published from time to time on the website www.benetton.com and shall also be available in stores.

Any dispute relating to the use of the Gift Card shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the Gift Card is purchased and used.
